I submitted the Ticket tree Days ago, updated it now 2 Times since the Scammer is very active and nothing happend right now.
Dont know how long Ticket Times takes, i wrote only 1 Ticket and this takes Weeks.

I want to send you the Ticket in a PM so it can maybe faster edited, but i cant so i write it here.
Ticket: 120502-000395

Maybe this scamming is normal and im the one acting a bit nervous, if so...excuse me.

    Spamming tickets at them doesn't make anything faster.
    The GMs, mods, and other employees or volunteers cannot disclose any information about action taken.

    Oh you naive fools. After using the report for hacking & contact GM, well trying to use, I gave up after a week of trying to get one botter removed from a decent grind spot. I could prolly of submitted a ticket but what kind of SS would prove anything? I actually did only consider him botter after following his grinding for few hours for being on the same area myself - The patterns were clearly a bot. So what I`m saying is that PWE support is completely lacking likely due far too little manpower/ppl not doing their job.
