Blessing of the condor

So I recently turned 79 on my archer and got both 79 skills and in a few fights against bms the blessing of the condor saved me, it broke up their stunlock and saved my *** from zeros, so I was wondering how good is this skill at endgame?

    It's extremely annoying that it overbuffs our normal evasion buff. It means you're going to have to find 5 seconds later in which to rebuff. I use it mainly against other archers after we both WoG.

    Condor isn't great endgame due to the fact it erases your other evasion buff. It only comes handy when you have nothing else to survive with you use it and get the hell away.

    Condor is great for building chi.

    I wouldn't really say so. In PvP BP has little to no factor in winning a fight, due to how minimal health you gain in respect to how much you'll get damaged.

    I mean, 1 shotting someone with a 10k crit would only heal you 200 health. And that's not much at all when you have 15k health buffed (1.3% of total health recovered at 2% BP)


    In PvP Blood Frenzy is definitely a factor skill due to the proportion you heal. Hitting 10k would heal 2k health, which is quite a bit per hit.

    i mean that as in it overbuffs and has the same icon as the buff that we have on standardly

    I mostly use it if in tough spots and have nothing else. Sucks that it is useless against magic.

    I found this skill to be useful when luring the big room in FF.

    No, that's Elven Alacrity which can be cast on someone else.

    I lure the big room on my archer. Since it's instant cast, you can cast it while moving. I do:

    Lure -> Condor -> Wingspan -> Alacrity -> Run away for one or two seconds -> Thunderous Blast -> Tranq Orb (before Alacrity runs out) -> Triple Spark -> Wingspan -> Sharptooth -> Thunderous Blast -> Wingspan

    I technically did it once without any heals b/c I forgot to put up BB on my cleric. Now that I have R9 bow, the above combo is a bit of an overkill, but I see no reason to change it. I suppose you can swap out the Tranq Orb with a damage reduction apothecary.

    Also useless against barbs who have 100% hit skills anyway.

    I can be quite useful to use if you see them start ducking down and a fiery glow around them.

    I find Condor useful in pve in conjunction with pots. Hit the pot button and then condor and the 8 secs of reduced damage lets the pot fill up your HP bar.
