Any1 ever tried crafting PQ3 rings with crystals lower then 200? What are the chances? Database says all are 100%.

i think that the in-game database has the correct rates.
i believe that it's 80% for the most crystals (200 or 250)

source? just checked the in-game db:

25 - 9%
50 - 19%
100 - 39%
200 - 80%
