I leveled up my character and later on for various reasons had to un-install my game and re download it. Now my character is level one. Why on earth is that?! Does this typically happen?

    Make sure you are on the right server.

    The server is now defaulting to Arch.

    Yes lol, make sure you selected the same server that you were on before.
