Core connect+token shop, can't see my mystic achievements? why

When i go onto core connect i cannot see my mystics achievements in the token shops. I can only see my other characters why is that?

    It's because Core is a worthless broken piece of **** as far as integrating with the PWI databases goes. Submit a ticket.
