Does pwi even promote their game?

I was just randomly walking around the starter areas, and it bothers me that their as empty as they are. I'm just one person's opinion but I personally think there some be some more promoting with the game like, Commericals or more ads on more site's. Because to be honest I'm tired of killing a noob talking **** and then they always have a stronger Main and then I'm running like b:shocked b:shocked lol but it'll be nice to have ALOT more new people to keep the game more busy like it used to be years back I missed having alot of people to pk in areas besides sliver pool, hidden orchid, orchid temple and lets not forget west arch. I'm not complaining about those locations but It would be nice to go and pk people without the massive ganks b:nosebleed . But not only pk wise it'll also be nice to have more people to bh with WITHOUT the help from a 100+. Sometimes I would just like to have a full 60+ squad, or a full 50+ squad for bh to show off my many alts XD I hate to have a 100 + help all the time cause we can't find anybody cause they barely are any low levels in harshlands server at least... not to me.

Also more promotion will cause more money to come in <3

    The only PWI ads I used to see were on Newgrounds ~3 years ago along with ads for JD and ESO a while later, but I'm not sure if PWE still advertises there (mainly because I've got an adblocker since then).

    Everytime a random one gets a Jones Blessing, PWE advertises their game into these poor people's Facebook.

    Couldn't tell you, haven't seen an advert since I started using a modified hosts file. Like... 95% of the population I would think. Lol.

    Those messages stay on my page for less than 5 seconds and until the option mysteriously dissapeared, got marked as spam every time :D
    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute
    #Shame about PWEs absolutely craptastic handling of the goons glitching. Remember kids, there's no punishment for breaking the rules here!#
    If you make a valid complaint, your thread will disapear. Don't post it here, post it on other sites where PW can't hide it.
