2nd trial is glitched/broken?

This is the third time this has happened in 3 days. First day, sure blame something odd happening and chalk it to coincidence. 2nd time it happened, boss still spawned, even though mobs crossed. Today it happened again and boss did not spawn.

All idols are set up 5 minutes before elite mobs arrive, max number of idols is set up. The problem is that the idols did no damage to the mobs, they mobs walked straight through. Even when idols attacked them, mobs took no damage. All the previous times we did trials in this fashion, we had no problem.

Here are the screen shots for what happened afterwards, to show that the idols are there, since i was busy with mobs and everyone was taken by surprise.

If it happens again, refer to the above pictures, and i'll add the mob pictures in the end next time.

Has this happened with any other faction? This is no fun at all, we usually get 7~11 trials done in a week, but if trial 2 keeps on stalling us, it will become very frustrating for everyone involved.

    I had actually made a very similar thread further down on the general discussion page on the same topic tonight :B I was advised that it is a known glitch but it seems to be happening much more this week.

    Same with us on Dreamweaver. In fact we just complete # 2 with the exact same set up as the SS show and failed because mobs got through to wall.

    It's not a glitch; I'm pretty sure it's intentional. It's failed my faction a number of times and we re-read the red text and it clearly stated you must watch the waves closely or they will sneak by the idols.

    All you gotta do is have people watching them from start and it should fix it; that's what my faction has done and it hasn't failed in over a month.

    We'll double check to make sure there is a person in each room, there were people in room 2,3 and 4, or the hallways, but can't be 100% sure of their position as i was making my way to the last room at the time this happened. Thanks for the tip. We'll see how tomorrow goes.


    I blame no server maint for the trial failing b:chuckle.

    its a known bug.

    ive had it happen to me in LG.

    one of our "idols" died and never respawned. we had our idols up before the timer was done, and went to the last room. suddenly we see 20 mobs walking right trough the room on ending the trials for us.

    theres diff. some bugs with the idols. im lucky i havent experienced it alot.

    When your idol die, it doesn't respawn. So, don't summon them and leave them along with the mobs that drop mats in the room, or they mobs will kill your idols.

    There's probably different bugs people experienced; I experienced twice where none of our idols died and the mobs were immune to the damage from idols, but we fixed it by just standing at the start and watching them through. But it's probably a different situation Geli was talking about, the red text isn't very clear with "watch the mobs carefully or they will sneak by the idols."

    Perhaps the red text is intentional in that the Devs knew it was a bug and warn you to watch them carefully lol.
