Cleric question and end game question
Hello, after revisiting perfect world after 2 years of not playing, i decided to begin my cleric leveling again. Only level 39, but I'm not liking my stats. I've been doing 8 Mag, 1 Vit, 1 strength every 2 levels. Should i restart my cleric because my healing potential, and damage will be reduced for the 18 points i didn't put in magic? Im asking that question because it seems relooking at my stats, vital seems useless since it gives low return on Hp to begin with and those points would have been better spent in magic? (i dont have money to spend on Note resetting)
A slightly different question, is the end game in perfect world about spending large amounts of real life money on virtual gear or can end game gear actually be earned through game play which is the point of a video game to begin with? I can't see to find a answer for this. I don't have the money to spend on video game gear if thats the case. Does real life money have to be spent to be competitive in both pvp and pve is the general question I'm asking before learning the hard way of this assuming i ever reach level90+.

That's a fine stat build, the same as mine. At level 100 it will give you 500 hp over a full mag build with the same gear, which is quite important if your gear has low refines. As a cleric (or any class, really) you should have 5k hp at level 100 at the very least, at level 90 would be even better. This is because there are a few AoE's (which can easily be avoided, but just in case) in certain dungeons that deal a fixed 5k damage, regardless of defenses.A slightly different question, is the end game in perfect world about spending large amounts of real life money on virtual gear or can end game gear actually be earned through game play which is the point of a video game to begin with? It can be earned through game play, but it's a very very slow process until you're at level 100 and can do BH100 and nirvana (the latter requiring at least decent gear). Gear is fairly easy to obtain until 90, where a little farming will be required. At 100 you will have to either shell out quite a bit of money or farm for a very long time to be competitive in PVP. Obtaining gear suitable for PvE will also take some work, but not nearly as much.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

No you're good. Just from now on use 9 mag 1 str every 2 levels. No more vit.A slightly different question, is the end game in perfect world about spending large amounts of real life money on virtual gear or can end game gear actually be earned through game play which is the point of a video game to begin with? Depends on what you mean by "end game". Can you get full Rank 9+12 with jades? Certainly not if you're a f2p player and want "end game" by the end of the year! But 1st cast nirvana with a +10 weapon and some citrine gems in your gear isn't out of reach if you play (very) actively and shortcut your way to 100 with a lot of FCs, then just pump out dailies and farm nirv/TT as often as possible.
Edit: To clarify. 1st cast nirv with a +10 wpn is still a very decent set up in this game if you're looking to be competent in PvP, whether it be open or in TW. Just don't expect to be a game changer.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
