Fun TW's

I see so many people complaining that they can't get fun TW's anymore. It's not true, you can! The fun TW's were happening between the mid-level factions, like Narla, Legate, ArchRival, etc. Unfortunately, just like in nature, survival of the fittest kicks in and all of the "fun TWs" get rolled by the powerhouse factions.

What's hilarious, of course, is that once the powerhouse factions take over the map, there is nothing but endless QQing about how boring the 10-minute crystal walks are.

The problem with TW these days is not the fault of Nemesis. It's not Kat's fault, it's not anybody's fault in game. The fault belong squarely at the feet of the idiots at PWE who designed insane gear for people who would rather buy pixels than a couple of cars or a house.

Fun TW? Let's take a look at a simple analogy. We have one faction with many R9 +12's and lots of R8 +10's. We have other factions with Nirvana +5, TT90, etc. This is similar to the United States going to all-out war against Nauru (a small island nation of a few thousand people). We have hundreds of ships, thousands of planes, drones, an arsenal of hundreds of thousands of conventional bombs and a few thousand nuclear missiles. They have a boat. Maybe 10 soldiers. With swords. How do you think that's going to end?

R9 +12 is quite literally the 500-Megaton warhead of PWI. Nothing else in the game comes even remotely close to the power this gear offers. This is why people quit last year, this is why people continue to quit, and this is why TW's aren't fun for Nemesis anymore. They have the nukes, the rest of us have sheepskin armor and sticks for weapons. b:chuckle

Again, not blaming Nemesis here. It's not their fault, it's PWE's fault.

If you want fun, you only need to wait 10 more days. >:-)

Ya R9 is a big factor in tw, but that's just part of the game. The main reason we have no fun tw is that factions like Rougexxx, Nemesis, and Ascend are to scared to fight each other. They would rather roll-over a smaller faction just to get land count rather than a good fight.
let the samaller faction fight each other and the bigger faction fight each other thats how u get fun tw.

i wouldn't totally disagree with you but also would not agree totally, PWI to be honest has become boring ... there is nothing left, and when one person doesn't do anything for like 6 days in a week its actually hard to wake up for a 3 hrs fight or worse 10 mins roll.... pwi needs more proper engagement for its end game and semi endgame people..
