My main account hellsarcher got **** last week and i've sent in 4 tickets regarding this issue. Currently the one that got answered is the least important one which was regarding a bank pin change since the hacker set a bank pin and I needed to reset it. The rest was about how my account is currently banned and how the hacker took over 1b+ worth of stuff.. So tell me WHY have I not been responded to? You guys say a reply in 3-4 days its been over a week now? I mean anything smaller sure I can understand, but an account that has been ****/banned I find isn't really a small issue. I have tried calling customer service as well, but no respond from them as well. I did not want to post on these forums, but this is a last ditch effort to get my stuff and account back. So please help as a member of perfect world for over 4 years now b:surrender
