I was checking the database and i ran across this

From the icon look i would say its OHT gear and there is NPC in OHT saying that u can manufacture orange gear and u need purifyed perfect stones for it but he says nothing else.
Does anyone has any info how to obtain it, i searched the forums and there isnt almost anything bout that topic.

    No recipe in PWD means no way to obtain it.

    was my thoughts too but i heard today that its actually obtainable and its extremly rare and expensive...
