Error before logging in game :(

I really cant tell since when it started but is recent and is really driving me nuts.
I can go on in game sometimes without any problems at all, but for some reason sometimes I get an error that dont let me go on.

The worse part of all is that the error window is not in english, so I dont get aaaanything of what is going on.
I seriously dont know what to do, ppl in my faction is thinking also but they cant explain it either ( is like a X File )
So I leave you here the screen of the error I get, to see if you guys can help!

    I would like to see the output of a dxdiag report.

    Refer to what I said in my post just before yours. I need to see the dxdiag report before I can tell you guys anything.

    Remember to put the report in the CODE tags so it doesn't take up the entire screen.

    after i downloaded again and reinstalled game it works fine, no errors
