Charge rewards

I have recently charged and transfered multiple amounts of zen. I have not received any charge rewards for this. I thought I would earn charge reward points when ever I made transactions. Please advise if this is incorrect & please explain the rewards.

    You only receive rewards when they are doing one of their promotions. Though i think you can exchange them whenever you want.
    I tried to add a signature here thats not even as big as some. but it kept resizing to make it illegible, so **** it

    You can only cash in the points for a week or 2 after the promo ends. but sometimes it is turned off and wont show any items even if you have reward points left.

    Never fear having lost them though, when it comes back, your unused points will still be there.
