Sanctuary server status?

Just a few minutes ago I tried to login on my character but it wouldn't let me go farther than the character menu, as soon as I hit "start" button it said there was a server error.
I've read a few other post and responses on forum and it seems this is only happening to us in Sanctuary but I don't see any official GM response on this matter so please if anyone know about it let me know here or if a GM could make a response would be much better.
