Bound to NV

Hey guys,
I can't find a fully conclusive answer; but, does a Bound Item, prevent it from being turned to NV.
E.g: my HH99 Daggers (readily bound) --into--> the 1st cast NV daggers

or do I have to make another hh99?

    No, the "Bound" status simply carries over when its transformed into NV gear.

    im not sure about this , i had to make new hh 90 for 99 legs

    That's a different situation. You don't actually decompose the TT99s for Nirvana.

    If you don't have the crafting skill to make the Nirvana gear (or a char on the same account that does, and have an account stash to pass it to that char and back) then yes, you need to make a new TT99 so you can have someone else make it for you.
