patcher error

after a few hours of playing for two days in a row the client closes and when i try to load it back up i get a patcher error. after this i end up with blue screen b:shocked. i dont know if this is my laptop or the game causing this but has been perfectly fine since i started playing. plz helpb:surrender

    More information will help.
    Like what are your system specs?
    What is the error your are recieving?
    What are the details on the BSOD?
    What did you change before this started happening?

    Without that, I would say it's probably your laptop overheating. But that's just a random guess.

    i cant get that info because obviously i have to use a different laptop for this with the problem on the other.

    So you can't use any software or internet or anything on the other laptop? If you are unable to even retrieve the specs or get any basic troubleshooting, it might as well be a paperweight. Might as well throw it away then.
