Looking for guild (rageing tide)

Level 65 Wizard looking for a guild. Guild must do FC or TT runs at least twice a week. I'm interested in TW at some point but I'm inexperienced in this. My highest level character that I've ever had is 64. I'm not rich so will not be joining the guild with full R9 gear if you where expecting that.
