Account Glitch!!! Please read.

Gms please solve this glitch its getting on my nerves , I had it on two accounts already and I had to start allover again on a new acc. Theres a glitch that doesnt show any of my characters in the Facebook content , Dq rewards, Achievements. Which means I can't benefy of a jones like the others , I can't benefy of the rewards ,nor achievements. Please do solve this bug or what ever it is. I've posted not just this for this glitch , but noone seem to care.

    Why would you start a new account when they already acknowledged that there's a problem for some people with the drop down menus?

    gms normaly take 10-15 days ( joke but real talk) doing anything to help anyone at this game :)
