[Urgent] Server Authentication Issues

Hey all,


We're experiencing some authentication issues across all servers. Some of you may have trouble logging in right now, though people who are already in are not experiencing any issues. Please stand by for further updates.

Update1 (7:34pm): It looks like a fix was implemented within a few minutes of the problem surfacing, so most people may be ok. Still, there may be some lingering issues for others, so our engineers are working on everything right now. Thank you for your patience.

    I'd log in to enjoy the last hours of 2x exp/drops but I think I won't be able to :(

    I'm not sure if it's just me, but I'm not able to charge zen. I can log in to the game just fine, but the website blanks out when I go to redeem my prepaid. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Yeppers, just tried to log out of my Dreamweaver account and into my Heaven's Tear account to help hubby with a quest on HT and it won't let me. No, worries and thanks for the update Frankie! (did I break it?...god I hope not)

    also having zen transfer problem says it has been transfered but it not there b:angryb:angry

    you have lost our zen and i am NOT using other i cards i have till i know it is working and i get my 2000zen back that is missing so update please pleaseb:begb:beg

    Same thing happened to me when i bought gold and transferred it to my server and an error page came up and i have no zen on server now..

    I just wanted to say that I've noticed an increase in glitches with servers, databases and the entire company period lately.

    Maybe you guys need to stop for a second and think about what people aren't doing while at work....This isn't normal, and shows a severe lack of responsibility. These types of things can really deter new players from playing the game, and makes your current players wonder how 'safe' their game-time is.

    i have put in ticket for missing zen but i need to know if you have fixed it.

    so i can use other cards i have.

    I doubt they will give us an answer or confirmation about us losing our zen! I too loss my zen during transfer and it is not my fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
