PW needs to hire more gm's?

just a simple solution so that all these problems could be fixed i look on the 1st 5 pages and they all have problems on them where the gm's havent answered back in along time some weeks some months etc..i just find it would be alot easier if we had more gm's cuz from what i've seen i've only seen 2 gm's post in the forums since i started playing again so ya maybe who ever runs this site hire some more gm's? so we all can be happy b:victory

    They only answered if some1 writing about their good job. Immediately there is couple responses from GM. If some criticize their work, they never show up.
    Anyway. To hire for what? PWI is dying and in may will die significantly.

    yes, they need more people in that ticket-support center


    the people who are in there seem horribly overwhelmed by the sheer mass of work
    (a mass of very stupid customers send lots of very stupid tickets :D)

    more people shorten time a ticket takes and increase quality of response

    give back some of the huge loads of money made by this game to the people ;o
    get more employees

    Truthfully, they recently hired a bunch of new ones.
