i need help pls i can't get the bless only at this account

i can log in the facebook
and i can choose the reward
and i can choose the server

but i can't choose the char to share the bless to it idk why
pls i need some help ,, it's says in the down at the page

I am having the same problem ,, can pick blessin and server but no charactor selection . can someone please help!!!!!!!!!
