game start up issues...

so im trying to get back on but as soon as i get past the patcher and into the load up screen there is a pop up that says check online or close the program,plz help meb:cry

    I am having the same problem with my client. the client start button is ready. I click on it and game starts to load then few seconds later I get a error noise and the client stops loading and my screen goes back to no programs running. I checked status of east coast servers on website and they say they are online. I check email to see if for some reason I have been banned. nothing. i have access to internet and can surf other sites. Why am I not able to connect to game?
