Does anyone have this skill yet and been able to test it and such? (to see if it's only 5% as it says or more).

Also what do the rest of you think of this skill? Is it worth 3m cash/3m spirit and the pain of getting 3.5k prestige simply for a 5% lesser chance of taking a crit hit?

Personally I think that it'll probably not matter for me, then some might say that 5% is 5% after all and better than nothing.

    Of course it's worth getting. However, it should be the last skill most wizards get.

    I don't think anyone knows yet if it reduces your opponents crit rate by 5% (example: a barb with 5% crit will have 0% crit while hitting you), or if someone gets a crit proc on you, there is a 5% chance it reverts to a normal hit.

    I believe it is the latter based on other PW numbers, but I am not sure.

    Either way though, it is worth getting. Same logic as being full JoSD, but you could not be bothered with the last jade, you just stuck with 3 JoSD in one piece and said **** it.

    Think of it as working the same way as a zerk where it has a 5% proc rate, but I wonder if it could avoid crits in a row since it has no effect cooldown time.

    i have been looking for some1 who has this skill also. but i couldnt find 1 lol

    i just got my arcane defense and im getting sand miasma next. just cuz i dont really like ice prison. and more aura is better i like more aura effect slol b:laugh

    I don't know of anyone who has it, but it's the skill I'm working on atm.

    ~Getting Arcane Defence last because I'm awesome like that.
    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute
