Did I lose all my gear and pets?

So.. I decided to give PWI another try after 1year break from gaming.. well, I must say I am in shock. After dealing with some problems and finally getting the game to work, apparently I have lost all my gear (I mean.. every single item inc. clothes, money, gold, wings, eggs, etc.) AND my Hercules b:shockedb:shockedb:shocked! That is why I dont believe I have been ****, since I think Hercules couldn't be sold? Maybe I remember wrong... someone wiser please answer can I get them back?

    No, the Herc cannot be given away dropped or traded, you could probably NPC the egg though.
    Submit a ticket and they can probably look through the logs to see what happened. Assuming that is, that you get someone competent at the other end of the ticket.
