Can't level up blacksmith skill?

I'm a level 29 cleric and I just decided to start crafting my items (since stash items are op up to now pretty much) and I'm stuck. Since I haven't crafted anything yet, my blacksmithing is still at level 1 with 0 exp. I know that I have to craft items to raise it, but the problem is I can't craft anything because the only weapons that appear on the manufacturing page are ones that require copper bars. I cant make copper bars because i need level 2 blacksmithing -_-

Hoping someone can help me out lol

    Go back to your starter town blacksmith, for example the blacksmith at City of the Plume. Lower level area NPCs provide options for crafting low level items, whereas higher level area NPCs provide options for crafting high level items :) Good luck!
