Ashura boots or leggings?

I am on the edge of 99, going for rank 8, but needing TT99 for 5 aps.
I have been trying to figure which was the best choice between TT99 boots and leggings, but I can't find any reason to take one rather than the other, aside from price.
So I would like to know if anyone in the archer's community can provide some arguments in favor of one choice.

    TT99 leggings and OHT gold boots. TT99 leggings can be upgraded to NV if you want at a later date and OHT gold boots are probably the best boots for an archer outside R9.

    Um... Do you mean OHT Gold or the OVS event boots?

    OFC the ☆Snowflake Soles, the ones made from Heavenrage Boots pack item (2nd link). And they not from an event,they're from anni packs or by doing repeatable Quests and getting Wraith's Eye x 5440 (or by getting them eyes,with a ultra low droprate, from mobs in OVS).

    I call the product of Heaventage Boots OHT boots. I think most people that know about the crit boots know what you're referring to when you say 'OHT boots/helm'.

    If you are sharing gear with an assassin, then get TT99 boots.

    Pretty sure all pack gear is called "event" for some reason.

    Saying something cryptic like "OVS Special Boots" would be worse.

    They're better then any other archer besides r9. Interval archers are also more usefull in squads cause you can use fists and have high aps. You can also do nirvana if you have those fists. and if you have a sin you can switch gear. They're also far more versatile and practical.

    Don't need full interval gears for 5.0

    I like those boots. though if i was going to get a r9 weapon id rather have the boots as well.

    I disagree in this point outside R9 you have the option for rank8 recast too. If you put them into a whole nirvana 2nd recast set then i would prefer those boots in that set over heavenrage.

    If you look at it on PvE purpose only then i would say the G15 Morai set is better too. You have plenty options.

    Looking at them individually? A pair of boots with +10 dex +HP +2% crit than refines G15 with decent base resistance is outdone by R8? Good luck reforging for a slightly better pair.
