Do any of Perfect World's Rpgs work in Puerto Rico

TL;DR: Hey guys I wanted to know before i begin the massive downloads, does Perfect World International work in PR (Puerto Rico)

I've lived here in PR for a long time now and have not played an MMO since I left Connecticut b:sad. I was wondering if any of you can shed some light on this regional issue because web surfing has provided me no legitimate answers and I am still waiting for an email from consumer support (currently on the third out of the 4 business days that I was told I would be receiving the answer. Besides PWI do you guys know of any other games both from the same makers and other makers that work here in PR?
