Money taken no zen ?

Purchased Zen through Paypal, doesn't show up in purchase history as even reviewing. Show's it submitted to Perfect world in my paypal account, but no zen or even showing in my history?

It might take a bit to appear on the PWE website, sometimes it's not immediate. If it doesn't show up in your account after a day or two, send a ticket to billing and try and resolve the issue.
