      Considering it's been around since day 1 and people were abusing it on day 3 and scamming people with it on day 5 I doubt it will ever be fixed

      its just a way to remove your charm so that you can re equipt it later. It is very handy to take it off after tw for instance......Some people sell the thing after it is nearly used up for full price an people buy it.
