I cant enter

Hi,well my problem is who in the past i was the game install but in sometime i was delete and many time later i tell a friend who has the game who pass me for pent drive... when i was the game full copy in my pc i try to enter normally but when the book appears the game locked and the book never open causing i can not logged, in other case when the book appears the game quit.
I dont why this happen i pass the same game with the pent drive in other computer and the computer

    Well it turns out that I had the game installed normally but later deleted it and not to download it again I asked a colleague who had to pass me.
    When trying to enter was totally copied as usual but just get the book the game jamming me what not let me enter the game, do not understand why this is happening the same computer and the pent drive that contained the data was passed to another where it worked
