    That's been gone a long time. Supposedly GM's are too busy working on tickets to be in-game for standard monitoring anymore.

    Submit a ticket.

    Edit: Unless you mean the "Live Chat" that never worked when it was available for the same reason. I wouldn't be surprised if they finally removed it.

    Average minimum response time is 5-7 business days. And that's typically a canned response.
