how long will i stay banned?

so i got my main account banned today cause my friend installed a certain program in my comp that makes my connection faster (according to him). I logged in my main account and played for an hour before logging out to get dinner. next thing i know i cannot enter my main and another alt in pwi and checking out the website i just found myself banned.

Another problem, I forgot the email add of my main too...

So my main question is in the header...how long will my main stay banned? Is it a permaban or only a few days/weeks? I want to know so i'll be prepared for the worst form noww on
