No one can see your character customization but you. See example below.

I own two computers; snapshot is of two separate accounts. One account is a Red Elf. The other account is my Black Elf. When you look at other player characters you see a prefab typecast, not what you made in character creation.

    Can't tell if trolling, but...

    turn on "customizations" in system settings.

    edit: Yeah, definitely trolling

    Go the UI, and click the checkmark next to customization. You will see them. You can also toggle them off at any time if someone's face is offensive to you. I think its supposed to reduce lag or something as well. But not sure on that one.

    What this means is that there is a logic bomb in your router. You need to call the Police and have a fire Brigade come and extinguish it immediately or it will expload, and you could be killed! KILLED! You should defiantly not panic, because that would be bad. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING, YOU SHOULD PANIC!
