Why can't I buy zen?

I've tried multiple times.. with different services
I don't have a paypal so that won't work... Its just really pissing me off.
I get an error every single time with each program
and I'm using a actual credit card not a gift card.
Help pllleeassseee?b:surrender

    Does the credit card holder name and the account (PWI) owner name match.

    If not that may be your issue.

    Billing can correct me if I am wrong but the credit card holder probably needs to fill out a form to allow it.

    I filled out the form correctly, I even had my dad do it for me. Still nothing :/

    You need to have a character with a minimum of level 10 to charge zen. If you do have one, and you still can't succeed, it's best you send a ticket to the billing department and request their assistance. They'll be glad to help you. b:chuckle

    Wait, I have to be level 10? Cause I have a character thats level 24 :/

    If the page isn't working - try emailing customerservice@perfectworld.com and explain the situation, hopefully they will be able to help you in a speedy manner. A response usually takes 3 to 5 business days, so don't expect a one before Monday - but it might take a little longer.
