Client Crashing at Entering PWI

Two accounts same problem what should I do?

    Problem isn't with your accounts it's with the game client. More than likely you are missing a file or have a corrupted file that is preventing the client from launching correctly.

    Open up the launcher and select the verify button. It will scan the game files on your pc making sure you have them all up to date and no errors. If it tells you you need an update update and you should be fine.

    If you are still crashing while loading then it's due to your PC either you don't meet the requirements for the game in someway or you have a error in registry that is preventing the game from launching or it's a virus, but unlikely a virus if only pwi is not working right.

    Want to solve alot of my problems? On your computer Click - Start - now click - Run - now type - cmd - now type - format c: - If you are using Windows Vista or 7 please be sure you run as administrator.

    its only pwi xD

    meh uninstalled and tried to reinstall and now the installer isnt even working for pwi. lol meh off to play TF 2
