Tickets Put To "Solve" When It's Not?

My wife has had her ticket in for getting gear back now for nearly 2 months. Last maintenance she got the first set of her stuff back and refined. So the support staff said wait until next week for the second serious of gear. Well that's come and gone now so when I went to reply to the ticket it says "solved" and I am not allowed to replay back? I know it's been a week of no activity so is that automatic or what? I now had to clog up your system with yet another ticket just trying to finish this issue... serious PWI sometimes I wonder why I bother.

    This is now the second time you guys closed it (or the system) before the ticket was truly done with. I am once again unable to add to the support ticket (since maintenance is tonight and you guys should have to completely solved by tomorrow).

    Adjena are you on again? I need some GM to meet my wife aadore in game and see if they summoned her Dragon orbs they promised b:surrender

    She would respond on her ticket but you know.... IT'S CLOSED AND SHE CAN'T....
