Problem whit graphics

Hy there...i got a big problem and i really don`t know how to solve it ... When i enter into the game its seems ok ... but when i enter to my account my character isn`t there...i see only his daggers and that`s all...(I want to say that i took a break from the game few months)And when i enter into the game it`s the same problem...i can`t see it anymore...i tired to log in from my girlfriend computer and i download the game and it`s the same problem...i don`t know why...i can`t see the monsters too...pls i need help...i really don`t want to lose my character:(b:cry
