I'm at a part in cultivation where it asks me to find Cinnabar in Happy Valley, is this the same as Delta aka GV?

    The cinnabar thingy is in Happy Valley which is a part of Delta/GV, yes.

    You can enter with 6 ppl and then just go directly to Happy Valley without doing the instance, if I remember correctly.

    Happy Valley's the part of the Valley of Reciprocity instance where the running quests, chests, and mobs you kill for celebeans are. I think the cinnabar ore is in the second section, past the pits.

    I think there's a couple other things you have to do in there, including killing a boss (not a wave boss, a boss that's near the start of Happy Valley and which you have to summon from a pillar), to finish your culti.
