*Files for Pre-Made Characters*

I would like to ask something.
By the way, its possible that there has already been a topic for it, but i couldnt find it.
So, can someone tell me how/where can i get/download those files (they may be ini files?) that i have to put into a dictionary, and then i can have some pre-made character style in the game?
I guess it was rather complicated >.<
So, i would like to make/customize a character, but i dont like the way i can. But once i saw some links to files and they made by other people. And if i put them into a dictionary of the game, i can see that look in the game at the customization panel.

I hope someone can help me ^^
