Nerf Stone Barrier

Earlier, I was PKing on my sin and noticed a wizzie. Naturally, I walked up to it, sparked, then used HH with ep and frenzy. I was annoyed to find he survived the hit with just a pinch of hp left resulting in me having to resort to an entire auto attack just to finish him. There's something really wrong here. Imagine if he had been charmed, there would actually be a chance of him reacting and if he had managed to kill me, I would've had to call him a "fail nab" to keep him from feeling pro and prevent his e-peen from rising. This would not have been possible without Stone Barrier active. Nerf it now !!!
