Starting Trials: Executors and above?

I would like to see trials able to be started by Executors and Above. Not just Marshalls and up.

And how about Trial #6. Why can only Director and Leader start this one? Why not make all trials Executors and above and leave the specific rules up to each Guild rather than having the options be so limited by PWI? I don't remember seeing the "Players" request a change to make these rules more stringent!

It's time we stood up and asked the developers to change this simple thing that would make running trials go much more smoothly for all people regardless of the timezone they live in.

I believe that faction leaders ought to be able to choose what level officers can start trials. If a leader wants only a leader to open it or whether a leader wants faction members to be able to open it.
