    Antelope pups near silver pool. They're level 30 as far as I remember.

    Abyssal mysteries in the river by Hidden Orchid drop best, but you have to be prepared for the undines aggroing. They're also closer to OP's level (34, as compared to 30 for the antelope pups.)

    The rhinos outside of Archo, as far as I know, have the best drop rate for hay.

    I have personally acquired close to 300 hay drops from them, most of them during 2x drops. The majority of them I gathered using my Psy or one of my two Archers. What I did was leveled said alt to level 21 using questing, sent said alt a few dozen mirages, gave the alt a slightly OP weapon (2 sockets, best shards, +3-5 refine), then I did nothing but kill those silly rhinos. Every time I got close to leveling up, I dumped my EXP into a genie. Each genie that turned out GOOD I kept, each genie that turned out bad, I stashed the EXP cubes from them to a higher alt and leveled a better genie. The rhinodrakes there are level 22, BTW.

    These are the best drop rate, but it's still not great.

    Database says 23.8337%, but in my experience, it's closer to 10% or 15%. (Still the highest though.)

    I hate water mobs so I always farmed the antelope pups near silver pool. Got lots of hay there.

    just outside west gate you got the drakes, they give hay as well. Not as much, but those are low lvled. Around the mines you got slightly higher lvled drakes as well. Or kill turtles, they drop hay aswell

    Only the level 8 turtles drop hay. Of the rhinodrakes, only the megaliths drop hay. The tectonic rhinodrakes by the mines, and the rest of the turtles through the level 21 mutant whirlers drop meat instead.
