Quests not showing.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? ALL my quests are not showing. When I open my quests log and the quests that are available, it's just completely empty. I can't even see quests that are above NPC's head, including dailies, normal quests, and teleporting.

EDIT: I can't see any quests and I can't pick up any quests either. Even though the quests log's empty, I know I still have quests there. Therefore, when I kill the mobs I need, I still get the kills/counts.

Is it just me or my computer? And is anyone else having this problem?
