flying pet question

yup as a barb atm i have the wave manta ray thing..
i was jwing what one i could buy thats faster then the manta ray
like the baby foxwing pet can i fly on that? ;o or what..
just looking for something cheap thats faster :P only level 35

These aren't considered "pets", they're instead called flyers. Just like the human swords, the seeker kites, the tideborn and elf's wings. Barb's can only get the vanity pets that are "baby ...." that don't really do anything but follow you around. Veno's are the only ones that get to tame and level pets, while mystic and seekers get similar "summons".

The answer is yes, there are many more flyers. You spot a few of them in the boutqiue using the letter "O" but best is to scan the auction house. Learn to use the search functions, they are extremely helpful for all sorts of things. Find the flyers, they are race specific. The speed is 5 m/s plus the listed speed, for instance if they say 3+ that's 5 + 3 for an 8 m/s flyer.

And yes, you can get flyers from shops. Although anything with "baby" in front is a vanity pet, not a flyer.

I'd rather have a flying kirin than a dolphin. ;o Also, they are for venos too! b:chuckle The newer mounts are way too expensive... will just stick with my upgraded eagle for now.

Eventualy they will drop in price, about a month ago I got that flying bug mount for my barb, when I first started this game it was the rarest (or one of) mounts around going for 100m+. I picked it up for 15m out of a catshop.

But yeah check Auction House and catshops in West Arch, they are everywhere. But! It maybe cheaper to get gold in AH then get the mount from the cash shop. Just check the price of the mount, then compaire the coin to gold value of it in the cash shop.

The faction "Nefarious" used to be famous for their cash shopping. They were the faction that held the entire map at once (for 8 minutes, lol). But every weekend they had a day or two of triple defenses.

Anyways, I was in a little family faction who had good activity, everyone knew everyones name, helpful, quested together. Our leader was getting up around level 90, which at the time was high, and starting to get kind of a big head and wanting to compete more in PvP so he signed us up to TW. We had mostly level 20-60 characters in that faction so part of our technique was all getting cheap fashion so they couldn't target a level 20 player just absed on their armor.

So, we show up, check out the map, have a strategy and organize ourselves and our squads and start running and *boom*, all dead. I release to go back to base and we are being blitzkrieged by nefarious. The reason I bring this up is it seems 3/4 of their faction had those flying bug mounts "Galactic Beatle" which are an impressive mount. So I release to the sight of about 30-40 flying beatles locking us down in our base and killing our crystal. As soon as you ran out of base you were dead. In fact Nefarious and the faction they became, Vindicate, is famous for doing suicide attacks into opponents bases to pad their pk numbers. All we could do is just watch those 30+ beatles swarm our base.

i still only have bout 150k coins not enough to buy gold someone said it was like 65mill coin

+idk its weird for me when i go to AH i look at the pets and i cant see what any of em look like >< so idk what ones are which lol

Can the venomancers have the Aurora as a mount? If so can the Aurora walk and fly? (since they have feet and wings) Also how much do they cost. I'm a lvl 25 venomancer and i would like to know if I can have this mount. If not can someone tell me what mounts i can have.

The Aurora Peacock/Sparrow is from Tempest packs and is a ground mount. It doesn't fly but runs at 11 m/s and any class can ride it. Their costs is going to be different on each server but there are so many on Sanctuary I think the cost is around 8m here. Price checks are usually best done in your own server's forum because they'll be the most accurate there.

Also, if a thread is more than a month old or is a new question its usually best to start a new thread than revive an old dead thread.

Okay correction: Kites aren't just Seeker flyers. Their Earthguard flyers. Also only Mystics have many different summons. Seekers get one but most don't really use it.
