Basically, modifying any of your game files isn't allowed, and unfortunately the .ini file falls under that section.

Or the staff deciding these rules can just stop whining about it and just allow it to a certain lvl... With awesome wigs like the Prissy wig out there it's not like they'll make less income or something... And it saves them a lot of time having to go through tickets of minor edits (some jealous idiots actually report those yeah) when only the extreme ones are reported...
