Rank 8 recasting help please

I recasted my r8 a few days ago. I have stats i don't like and i want to get rid of it, so I farmed some mats to reshape them as you can see.

1.Then i Press start. The refine at the top can be Y or N, since it's 0
2.But for some reason the sockets Must be at N,
3.I Press confirm then, this comes up ( i can't ss it:/) "This gear must carry all the 4.transferred attributes. The transfer is free"
5.Then after that i press continue. Then i brings me back to Step 1.

What am i not doing right? GM's why do you make this so complicated?

    press "Print Screen" while at that question then open mspaint,select paste from file menu. cut out and copy part of the image you want and make a new img in paint. copy your paste save file. upload that.

    OK this Urgent matter was fixed :D, But ty, and guess what my Stats are still ****ty than ever -.-
