Anyway, yes, the ticket system is slow. Yes, there are generic copy and paste replies. But here's something to consider. For every post someone makes in the forums raging about this or that, there are probably five hundred unintelligible tickets sent in. I imagine it takes a very long time to sift through all of that, the lies, false tickets and people demanding free stuff to find a genuine issue.

The answer time isn't the best, but I suppose on average I'm at least satisfied with the ticket system. I mean, when I sent in a multitude of screenshots of a guy following me around in the game, blatantly harassing me, they didn't do anything to him.(Which would have been nice, he was bothering my main for quite a while from alts and the black list is only so big.) But on the other hand, when I married my alt to my friend's main so she could do MQ and we didn't have the option to turn in for rewards after we got 100K contribution the person responding to that ticket was pretty nice about it. It took nearly two months of back and forth, and even though we didn't have a screenshot of having hit 100k(I had never been a groom in the wedding before, I was too concentrated on not **** up to take screenshots.), they eventually did confirm that we hit that goal with the guests and gave us the reward we should have gotten. Which is more than some companies would have done.

Who gives u the write to say ppl with limited or average people are not allowed to play the fin game. This is not right to say from ur saying is is for only high intellegence ppl. u need to grow a brain boy ur prejudice towards ppl that are limited or averge u need to rethink this out.. by the way i use the main site and have seen the offers of free zen and coin etc. but there are ppl that are new and do not know this so plz consider this before u flap ur dam lips

Although it's been a few months since I've had to submit a ticket, I've never had a problem with the support I receive regardless of it's topic (billing to glitches). Everything has been sorted out in reasonably quick time, never had to complain or worry or cry. I can't say I've ever been stupid enough to click on obvious scam links though.

Maybe it's cos I was an avid zen charger idk b:chuckle

I submitted a ticket regarding a skill translation error, they told me to make a thread in the forums.
they dont solve it, they just avoids it.

Finally, I don't believe I need to "grow a brain" as I'm obviously of higher intelligence and greater amounts of common sense than you.

There has been warning about these kind of sites on the forums for months now... you don't really have any excuse. While i feel sorry you lost your items, it's 100% your fault, use this as a learning experience and don't give out your info anymore.

Right now im takin this opportunity to write on here bout the recent scam website that hit heavens tear server last weekend. Ofc we all will get curious bout somethin that we can get but how the situation is handled when our curiousity breaks down is another. So im hopin that pw will work to improve on this in the future which im not holdin my breathe that they will. just that somethings need to fixed in a better way than puttin it on the user as the one at fault.

Dear Mrs. Know It All,, I guess this is true that only ppl that have high intelligence is the only people that are allowed to play the game. that you for your confirmation on this. I hope that you are happy in saying this and everyone is reading the post. Your Social Life must be limited to to only high level intelligence. I cant bother looking for the research over how intelligence affects social skills but as I doubt you would even skim trough it - I doubt it really matters if I skip digging for the link. Basically people who are slightly smarter than others are the ones with highest social skills and they also make the "best leaders".

And this has nothing to do with IQ itself, only how it compares to others. Really smart people have hard time around average people, so do the uhmm... intellectually challenged around averages. So it would only make sense to have your friends consist of people around your own IQ. My assumption for reason is simply how analytic ones mind is as IQ tests mostly revolve around logic.

I also want to point out another false statement of yours on that short piece of text. On average highly educated or smart people are more likely to support liberal ideals(*** rights, Women`s rights, etc. ) than people in lower social classes. I wouldnt say it to be results intelligence but education, which most of the time walk hand by hand. "Stupid" people are by no means less compassionate than smarter people but I think it`s that for intellectually challenged it is easier to comprehend problems near one, while highly educated are more likely to think big.

It`s how religious people are seen on interwebz, they are put into box of stupid. Resorting into religion in ones argument is usually troll due that and most of the really dumb sht you see resorting to god or bible are actually trolls of people who dont believe in either. #1, Do not use any website that promises free zen or gold (PWI banner site included as it's a info gathering scam and not worth the time or spam).

#2, Do not allow anyone to know your passwords... for any reason at all!

#3, Failure to follow these two simple rules will result in loss of in-game items, loss of gold, ID theft if you use paypal for Zen and eternal mocking by the forum.

Don't expect PWE to give anything to you if you allowed your PWI password to fall into the hands of someone else. It isn't going to happen.

With that being said...

Just for NOTE,, I just quoted a bible verse I DID NOT BRING OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN IN THY PICTURE. I would Suggested that pwi figure out a way to pervent this from happening on the Official Site and post on the site that come up before u log in cause ppl usually read that 1st.
