Why no Reply

I put a ticket in nearly 6 days ago yet no reply. I have even sent another one, STILL no reply. Why state that you will try to respond within 24 hours when we all know that isn't going to happen. How are people supposed to get things sorted if PWI haven't the decency to respond to complaints & questions.

I have even asked for a GM in World Chat, No response there either.


Pull your fingers out PWI & actually start giving a damn about your clients for once!!

    I think you have a better chance of getting Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny to show up in your kitchen to cook you a pizza than you do of getting a GM to appear for you just because you hollered for one in WC.

    Asking for a GM in worldchat is stupid.
    Asking again on a ticket effectively makes it a new ticket, and pushes it to the bottom of the list.

    Tickets do work; I've just had one resolved myself. Couple of days to first reply, couple of days between each reply.

    Tips (this goes for most business-style communications):
    Be courteous. Politeness is good.
    Be specific. Explain exactly what happened, and what you expected to happen.
    Provide evidence. Specifically - a screenshot, and a date and time.
    Be concise. Bullet point explanations work.
    Suggest a remedy - tell them what you would like done.
    Be humble. Don't ask for ridiculous things, stick within what you know they can and will do.
    Communicate well. Language and grammar matter. If they can't understand you, they cannot reply.

    It aint rocket science, people.

    another tip....don't send in another ticket, when you do, you get put back at the bottom of the list, just be patient and wait

    Just wanted to chime in. I submitted a ticket last week, and got a reply 3 days after. It's not within a 24 window but you'll get a reply soon! (:

    Well i sent a ticket in on 6th of march, so that's over a week ago & STILL no reply. Wow, fast service eh

    You probably dont cash shop enough...takes them 6hrs about to respond to mine o.o
