Lag issue after the so-called daylight savings maintenance

Long story short, after the maintenance which took place yesterday I`m experiencing massive lag spikes which makes my gaming experience pretty much non-existing, my fps is rather normal 60 - 80 but ping fluctuates between 600 - 20k sometimes even it shows as smooth but still I have lags, it is not due to my net, everything else works flawlessly.

I tried all kinda of approaches to somehow try and fix this issue, I`m not an IT tech but I did what I could, verified game files (dunno if that even should help but I tried everything). Have no idea ho to reduce the lag in game, maybe you have some other suggestions I can try and hopefully reduce lags. b:sad
