deleted charaters on jones blessing list

i have been trying to get my jones blessing and several charaters i deleted that r not on my login screen anymore show up on blessing character drop down list and also i cant see more than 5 characters in list. i had a ticket but all they told me was to make sure ie was updated along with flashplayer and my boyfriends account does the same. plz help i been workin on it for weeks now
